Ronaldo stayed at home, and João Félix scored twice as Al-Nassr won 6-2 at Pakhtakor
Without Cristiano Ronaldo, Al-Nassr scored six in Tashkent on Monday to beat Pakhtakor 6-2 in the AFC Champions League Elite.

Ronaldo was not in the squad that went to Tashkent. Al-Nassr scored six anyway.
Abdullah Al-Hamdan put them ahead in the 15th minute, and João Félix scored two minutes later. Félix got his second on 32 minutes. Flamarion pulled one back for Pakhtakor four minutes after that, but it was 3-1 at half-time and the second half went much the same way.
A defender and a substitute join in
Abdulelah Al-Amri, a centre-back, made it 4-1 in the 53rd minute. Abdulrahman Ghareeb came off the bench and scored the fifth on 62 minutes. Dostonbek Khamdamov, one of Pakhtakor’s own substitutes, got a second for the home side on 75 minutes, and Ângelo Gabriel finished it off four minutes later.
Félix keeps doing this. In Thursday’s 5-3 win over Al-Kholood, when Ronaldo scored three, Félix set up four of the goals. On Monday he finished two himself.
Six points, and still a game in hand
The win takes Al-Nassr to six points from three games in the West region of the league phase. They lost 4-0 at Al Ain on the opening matchday, beat Neftchi at home and have now won in Tashkent. Their home game against Al Wasl on 26 October was postponed and has no new date yet, so once this round is done they will have played one game fewer than most of the sides around them.
Pakhtakor have played four and still have not won. They are on two points.
Ange Postecoglou’s side go back to the Saudi Pro League next, away at Al-Hazem.
