Not long after Barcelona’s humiliating 8-2 spanking at the hands of a charged-up Bayern Munich on Friday, the club’s flagship player Lionel Messi is reportedly looking for a way out of Camp Nou.
The murmurings from some quarters seems to suggest that Manchester City, who suffered a Champions League exit of their own with a 1-3 defeat at the hands of Lyon on Sunday, could be where the Argentine legend is headed.
This reunion with Pep Guardiola at the Etihad would undoubtedly bolster their already stout line-up further and make them an even more formidable Premier League contender and perhaps even put an end to the Champions League woes.
