David de Gea: 17 clean sheets
De Gea played all 38 league games and finished three clean sheets clear of the field, even though he conceded 43 goals, the same as Alisson and Ramsdale. It was his second Golden Glove; his first came in 2017-18. It was also his last season at United, who let him leave when his contract ran out that summer. He has 147 Premier League clean sheets in all, fourth on the all-time list behind Petr Čech (202), David James (169) and Mark Schwarzer (152).
Alisson, Pope and Ramsdale: 14 each
Alisson, a Golden Glove winner in 2018-19 and 2021-22, kept 14 in 37 games for Liverpool. Nick Pope, in his first season at Newcastle after joining from Burnley, also kept 14 in 37 and conceded only 32, the joint-fewest in the table above with Ederson, who played two games fewer. Aaron Ramsdale played every league game for Arsenal and kept 14.
What came next
Brentford’s David Raya, fifth with 12, moved to Arsenal that summer and went on to win the next three Golden Gloves.
