Mysterious4 Esports are a point away from a BGMI Showdown semi-final. After 12 of the Lower Bracket Survival’s 18 matches, iQOO Reckoning Esports hold the fourth and last qualifying place on 88 points, and Mysterious4 are fifth on 87.
Six matches remain on Tuesday, 6 October. The top four go through to the semi-finals and the other 12 teams are out of the tournament.
K9 are 32 clear
K9 Esports led after Sunday with 60 points. They added 74 more on Monday and now have 134, with 93 finishes, the most in the lobby. Their second chicken dinner of the stage came on Miramar.
The bigger climbs came from further down. Vasista Esports were not in the top eight after the first day. They won the opening match of Monday’s session on Rondo and are now second on 102. MadKings, eighth on 38 after day one, scored 62 on Monday, won a match on Erangel and sit third on 100.
Vijay and Lastade drop out of the places
Vijay Esports started Monday in fourth place, the last qualifying spot, after missing a direct semi-final place by a point in the Upper Bracket. They scored 23 on Monday and are ninth on 71, 17 short of fourth. Lastade Esports, second after day one, have fallen to seventh on 79 and are still without a chicken dinner here.
Mysterious4 had no win on Sunday. They took one on Erangel on Monday and climbed from 47 to 87. Reckoning added 36 on the day and have 55 finishes and 33 placement points.
HyperCatz are sixth on 84, four behind Reckoning, after their second win of the stage. GoSolo Higg Boson Esports, who won the last match of the day on Miramar, are eighth on 75.
What Tuesday decides
With six matches to play, the five teams from fifth to ninth are all within 17 points of Reckoning. K9 took 28 from their Miramar win on Monday, so one big match could move any of them into the places. The four teams that come through join the semi-finals from 8 to 11 October, and the Grand Finals are a LAN in Hyderabad from 16 to 18 October, with ₹1 crore in prize money.
