Tamil Thalaivas hold the record for the highest team score in Pro Kabaddi League history: 74 points against Bengal Warriors in match 126 of PKL Season 10, on 18 February 2024 in Panchkula. Twelve seasons in, no other team has reached 70, and nobody has come within ten points of it since. Season 11’s best was 60 and Season 12’s was 61.
Both sides were already out of the playoff race, and the Thalaivas used their last game of the season to run riot. Raiders Vishal Chahal (18 raid points) and Narender (17) did most of the damage. The Thalaivas inflicted six All-Outs on the way to a 74-37 win. The 111 points scored between the two teams are also the most in any PKL match.
How the record moved
Telugu Titans were the first side to reach 60, beating Puneri Paltan 60-24 in Season 1 (18 August 2014). That stood until Patna Pirates beat Dabang Delhi K.C. 67-34 in Season 3 (25 February 2016).
Patna then pushed the mark to 69, and got there twice. They beat Haryana Steelers 69-30 in Eliminator 2 of Season 5 (23 October 2017), when Pardeep Narwal scored 34 raid points, and they equalled it in a 69-41 win over Bengal Warriors in their last league game of Season 7 (6 October 2019), with Pardeep on 36 points (34 from raids).
Jaipur Pink Panthers came close six days before the record fell, beating UP Yoddhas 67-30 in match 117 of Season 10 (12 February 2024) with 20 raid points from Arjun Deshwal. That win sealed Jaipur’s semi-final place and put them level with Patna’s 67 as the joint fourth-highest score.
